Content & Copyright Policy

Effective: 18 July 2026

1. How SPACECOB Archivly/AI handles news content

SPACECOB Archivly/AI respects the intellectual property of publishers and creators. Our aggregation follows these rules by design:

• We source items only from feeds that publishers broadcast publicly for syndication and reference.
• We display headlines and brief excerpts only — never the full text of a third-party article.
• Every aggregated item carries attribution to the original publisher and a link to the original article, so that readership and traffic flow to the source.
• Aggregated excerpts remain the property of their publishers; we claim no ownership of them.
• Our own original articles and analyses are clearly ours and do not reproduce others' text.

We consider this consistent with fair dealing for the purpose of reporting current events with acknowledgment, and with established web practice for feed-based syndication. We are equally committed to acting immediately when any rights-holder prefers not to be included.

2. Removal ("takedown") requests

Publishers and rights-holders: if you would like your content excluded from SPACECOB Archivly/AI — a single item or your entire publication — email hello@spacecob.com with:

1. The URL(s) on https://spacecob.com where the material appears;
2. Identification of the original work and proof you own or represent it;
3. Your contact details.

We aim to acknowledge removal requests within 72 hours and to remove verified material promptly. We will also add your publication to our exclusion list so it is not aggregated in future.

We honour equivalent notices under applicable law (including notices in the style of the DMCA and India's Copyright Act and IT-intermediary rules). Where we receive a valid counter-claim from a contributor, we may restore content in accordance with law. We terminate contributor access in cases of repeat infringement.

3. Licensing and permissions

To license our original content, request syndication, or arrange expanded use of your own content on SPACECOB Archivly/AI (for example, full-text syndication under licence), contact hello@spacecob.com.

4. Corrections

We correct errors in our original reporting promptly. Correction requests: hello@spacecob.com.
