This policy explains what information SPACECOB Archivly/AI (https://spacecob.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell personal information.
Usage analytics (first-party, anonymous). To understand what readers find useful, the Service records events such as pages and sections viewed, articles opened and search terms entered. These events are stored with a short anonymous identifier derived one-way from technical connection details. We do not store your IP address or name with these events, and the identifier cannot be reversed into your identity.
Newsletter & accounts (only if you sign up). If you subscribe or create a reader account we store the contact details you provide (such as an email address) and your preferences, solely to provide that feature.
Bookmarks. Reader bookmarks are stored locally on your own device where the feature indicates so.
Advertising & staff records. If you book advertising with us we keep the business records of that booking. Staff accounts for our team are stored with securely hashed credentials.
The Service works without third-party tracking. Where we enable third-party services, they may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies:
• Google Analytics (traffic measurement) — see Google's privacy policy and
opt-out tools.
• Google Ads / AdSense and Meta (Facebook) Pixel (advertising
measurement and delivery) — these may use cookies to show and measure ads; you can control
personalised advertising in your Google and Meta account settings and via your browser.
Blocking third-party cookies in your browser does not break the Service.
To operate and improve the Service, deliver the newsletter you requested, measure readership, operate advertising, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with service providers necessary to run the Service (such as hosting) or where the law requires.
Anonymous usage events are kept for internal analysis. Subscriber and account details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Business records are kept as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time, by writing to hello@spacecob.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR for visitors from the EEA/UK).
The Service is served over HTTPS; credentials are stored hashed; administrative access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
